Note :-

All the Institutions are directed to follow the below mentioned instructions while filling up the Examination forms for the GNM Examination to be held in Sep./Oct - 2009 and afterwards :-

  1. Principal should attest the photograph and Examination form with utmost care.
  2. Mention regarding the completion of clinical experience of the student on the Exam form
  3. Candidate's signature on the Exam form is compulsory.
  4. Mention the previous Roll No. of the candidate on the Exam form through which he/she has passed the previous class.
  5. Attach the Re-admission permission letter of the candidate who had gap during the training.
  6. All the relevant documents attached with exam form must be attested by the Principal.
  7. Attach the certified / attested copy of the result clearly mentioning the date of declaration of result & session i.e ( March / Sep ) in case the candidate is not having his / her mark sheet of previous class.
  8. Internal Assessment marks of the candidates should reach PNRC office within Ten days of the issue of Roll numbers. Internal assessment marks must be sent according to New / Old INC syllabus.
  9. Date of admission must be carefully filled in the Examination form.
  10. It should be clearly mentioned on the Examination form if the candidate is of Old syllabus as - OLD SYLLABUS CANDIDATE. PNRC shall not correspond in the future regarding the errors / mistakes in the examination form and if Roll Numbers are not issued in the case of errors / mistakes in the Examination form, the institution shall be wholly responsible.
